Anyone else going through the 4 month sleep regression?

My LO woke up 9 times last night, day two of this, pray for me & my sanity lmao 🙏🏻

My son still gets a decent stretch (4-5 hrs) after I put him down but after that he is up every. 30. minutes. Just enough for me to doze 😭😭😭

LO is only waking twice a night, but he's definitely not going back down as easily. Daytjme naps are worse for sure. Takes like 30 minutes of rocking and white noise and then gently placing him down and he still only sleeps for 30 min, or wakes immediately and I do it all again 😒

I think my son is just getting out of it, we went through two weeks of him waking up every single hour. It was soooo rough. He did okay last night though. So I’m hoping it’s over

Yesss :( baby isn’t too bad compared to some though, he woke up 6 times last night and is soooooo irritable, if he goes close to being over tired it’s scream city!

How were you putting her back  to sleep? Feeding or just rocking her ?

Taking longer to fall asleep sometimes and waking up once around 3am to feed. I’d say it isn’t too bad because normally he’ll sleep 10-5/6am

Our day naps are a hot freaking mess!!! 🔥 Thankfully our night sleeping isn't a complete disaster and I'm hoping it stays that way 🙏 I don't want 15 mins of sleep ALL day and night! 😂 I might go crazy lol

Her day naps are a mess, she just wants to be cuddle and if I try to put her down she will cry like crazy. At night she  still has her normal sleeping pattern 🙏 hopefully it will stay like that.

It’s been a long week. Last night was the worst though. It took her two hours to finally fall asleep and then was up every hour and a half.

She's not waking up more (not yet at least) but it is taking her a lot longer to go to sleep.
