Legs up?!

Anyone believe in putting your legs up after sex? Does it help or does it matter??

Probably doesn’t do anything but I did it for 15 minutes after sex every time with my first and got pregnant my first time trying 😅🙃

Actually it takes 20-30 minutes for the semen to liquify at which point sperm may enter the cervix. Some are rapidly transported through the cervix right away but there’s no evidence to support those are the ones who get to fertilize the egg. They may be too early. Hips up I say

it took us 2 years to get pregnant with our miracle baby (I was told I would never have kids). In my situation you literally would do or believe in ANYTHING 🥺 I was living and  praying on everything like I tried 27 fertility teas/pre-seed for months and months /legs up in the air after every intercourse 24-7 / took extra vitamins(lots and lots) / I ate specific foods (yeah they even have that 😑) / I lost 85 lbs in 4 months (I thought my weight was the problem)/drank a gallon of water a day. NOTHING of those things I did/took/ate worked at all.

It definitely can't hurt, but I read unless you put a pillow under your pelvis to tilt your uterus that just propping your legs up say against a wall doesn't do much.

It literally doesn’t do anything. You can stand up immediately after sex. Sperm get to where they’re going very very quickly!
