Pregnancy Pains

So I’ve recently found out that I’m pregnant and having a lot of serve pinching pain on my left side. I’ve already been to the hospital about it because I had an ectopic pregnancy a few months ago and had to have my right tube removed but it’s too early for them to tell. I really don’t want this to be another one, so my question is has any mummies gone through so much pain and still had their pregnancy go through okay ?
