Natera panorama test

Hi ladies

I had the panorama prenatal test two days ago and the nurse told me to check the results online in a week. Today, I linked my test to my account and it says that they won’t share the results until my provider does!! Anyone here did this test before? I wanna know how to get my results when they are ready.
