What kind of discharge is this??

I’ve never had this kind of discharge and it’s a lot. It started about 3 days ago. No smell to it and no discomfort when I pee or have sex.

Also the last day of January I took a pregnancy test that was positive but after that every test I took was negative. I even went to the doctor and they did a urine test and said I’m not pregnant. I’ve been nauseous, throwing up, and sore breasts. Idk what’s going on with my body right now🙃
