Lovenox question

So I’m almost 16 weeks pregnant and am on Lovenox injections due to a blood clotting disorder (APS) that I found out I had after testing Bc of two miscarriages. Well my Ob told me because I’m high risk I can’t deliver past 37 weeks due to risk of still birth and preeclampsia. However I met with my hematologist yesterday and he said he doesn’t know why they’d say that, that I am perfectly fine with delivering at 40. I would think the hematologist is right. Any who’s had to be on these shots been able to deliver to term at 40 weeks?? Thanks!
