Extremely light bleeding??

I wiped this morning and there was a perfect straight line of red blood. This line was maybe a centimeter wide and two inches long. I masturbated last night so maybe I scratched myself. I’ve gone to the bathroom multiple times since but am just now seeing it. Could it be possible it’s just from a cut?? 19+5
