Plus Size Ladies

Are there any plus size ladies, like BMI of 50+ that could share their birth stories? Initially the thought of giving birth was giving me anxiety, but it’s now shifted to the lack of modesty that’s giving me anxiety. I really want a vaginal birth if all works out. I’m already having a hard time with body image due to a large apron belly and not having a cute defined bump. I’m VERY self conscious. I tend to change my outfits 5 times before work and feel uncomfortable in social situations unless I’m wearing something I feel “hides” my size. I’m having a tough time with the nudity involved in giving birth. Obviously I know theres not much I can do about the southern bits, but I just don’t want to feel like my boobs, back fat, and arm flab’s are out an about all the time. I have really big jiggly thighs too and i just feel like I’m a blob 🥺 I want immediate skin to skin contact so I’m trying to decide what to wear to achieve this. I’ve thought about a sports bra that zips up the front. I bought my own gown to wear that Velcro’s up the front, snaps on the arms and allows for an epidural. But I’m still having a hard time with this.
