Painful pressure..

I’m having painful pressure on cervix and painful lightening Crotch. When baby moves, my stomach has this weird numb/tightening feeling in my stomach with cramps and it’s painful also. I’ve been puking everything I eat up because of the pain. I’m also very moody, I’ve been like this since I woke up this morning. Didn’t really sleep well during the night due to having to switch sides I lay on because of my upper thighs(on the outside) hurting. This is my 2nd pregnancy and I don’t remember having this much pain 😭 I’m 30 weeks and 4 days. Anyone else have this? Advice?
