Help have stomach bug
30wks today I have been drinking water I am so thirsty but cant keep it down started throwing up at 2am central time and still throwing up now. My question is when should I call the doctor or go to hospital for fear of getting dehydrated? Need advice first pregnancy.

Still throwing up tried water, pedialyte, ginger ale, and Gatorade now have a fever took a tylenol if that doesn't help or stay down I guess it will be doctor time 😔
