Could be pregnant?

Hey guys so today I've been having pain in my vagina and a very very pale yellow discharge. Nothing abnormal or smelling bad just a lot more then usual. I have been feel so tired and falling asleep everywhere and threw up like once. Me and husband had sex 3-5, 8-13. I dont track ovulation and I had a tiny but if bleeding for 3 days all light pink and nothing st all to even drop onto underwear just when I wipe. I have gotten more of an appetite today wanting more carbs. I've been having these cramps and sharp pains here and there nothing bad. All tests I've taken have been negative but what do you guys think? I should mention I never spot on my period
