Weird symptoms?

Hiiii, it’s my first month TTC and I’m bit confused because I’ve been getting negative opk’s but last night and today I’ve been getting the same ovulation cramps I remember from before going on the pill, alongside some light “regular” cramping. Soooo I checked for CM just now and I’ve noticed a heavy amount of gloopy cm that was milky in some areas and clear in others. I took another opk straight after and it’s looking negative. I’m not worried, just confused as to what my body’s up to😂. Anyone have an idea what this is?
