I'm 37+3 I was kept in hospital on Monday because I was having contractions and they said I would of had my baby, they took my stitch out but all my contractions stopped so I got sent home the next day. From Monday I've had period like cramping and had a few contractions here and there but they keep going away. This is my 3rd baby so this probably sounds silly lol but is this what happens in early Labour? My first two were premature so I never got to experience this. On Wednesday after wiping I seen snot like discharge which I'm assuming was a bit of my mucus plug?
