contractions?

i never actually experienced REAL labor contractions before. my two previous pregnancies were induced, emergency csections. last child was 4yrs ago, so everything is new to me again lol

but for the past hour i’ve been feeling what i thought was braxton hicks, every few minutes. they started in the front , my lower abdomen. started ro feel piercing pain in my spine & back. now i feel them as low as my butt 😩😩😩😩😩

my stomach gets tight & it also feels like really really crampy. i was laying on my back, i moved to my side to see if they’ll stop. but they haven’t yet. no bleeding, water hasn’t broke.

i actually feel one right now , as i’m typing this 🤦🏾‍♀️ can someone at least describe what they would actually be like?
