Walked almost 5 miles today! 😍

Went a family walk today! Walked 4.90 miles! And it was so relaxing. I'm trying to do a healthy weight loss and more natural til i lose most of my weight then go for toning after. I'm so proud of myself for this. I'm sort of on a diet but not really. In the morning's i have my coffee,and some toast with cinnamon, and some kind of fruit or yogurt. And for lunch i normally don't eat and portion control all my dinner. And drink tons of water. And then I've been religious about taking vitamins!

I'm on

Prenatal(good for hair/skin/nails)

Cranberry(urinary tract health)

Probiotic

Low dose asprin

And

Vitamin C (cause i work in a petri dish aka daycare).

Any other vitamins i should be taking?
