Back pain

It seems that only at night I get really sharp burning back pain, across the length of my lower back.... and occasionally period like pain at the front. If I stand up it goes away and I’ve had it for the last few days, but again only at night. When it first started happening I thought it was the start of Labor.... I’ve had lots of cervix ‘lightening’ but nothing else....

I’m symptom spotting for the signs of Labor, anyone else?
