Super nervous about second c section!

So mostly I’ve read and heard that women felt better about their second c section because either one, their first was an emergency or two, they just knew what to expect this time. But not me 😫 I remember being so excited yet relaxed about my first one because I had no idea how hard it would be. And now that I DO know what to expect I’m so terrified of the recovery that I can’t stop thinking about it. And on top of remembering how awful I felt from the c section, last May right before I got pregnant I had my appendix out and I swear to god it was almost as bad as the c section surgery. Ugh I’m just so worried and nervous and I know it’s just coming along with all the other stress of getting closer but I can’t stop the anxiety!
