Idk what to do...

My daughter is 7 months old.

Me and my boyfriend are sexually active but we use the pull out method (before you jump on me yes I know it’s not effective 100%) and last period I had my period a day early but today I’m 7 days late on my period and have watery discharge.

No signs of my period at all.

I had random times like this before my baby but I’d be consistently late not early one week and the next be an entire week late.

I took a first response pregnancy test on my 3 days late mark and it was negative.

What should I do???
