Is this IB?

Hello all ! 

I'm a little worried. This is my first cycle taking femara 5mg. In the past, I took 3 rounds of clomid. This round, I am experiencing slightly different things than before. 

Since about 2dpo I have had a (SORRY TMI) creamy brownish pink cm and pretty bad AF like cramps. Around 7dpo I had REALLY painful cramping and a FAINT amount of light light pink of TP. 8dpo, after a BM (sorry tmi, again) I had a thicker brown cm and a SMALL streak of red and a small red dot no bigger than the tip of a pencil. At 8dpo, my cramping wasn't nearly as bad as it was. Today, 9dpo, my cm seems to have lightened and cramping, as well. I am TIRED, my breasts are no longer super sensitive, and I am GRUMPY. 

Today, 9dpo, I have only been experiencing on and off cramping and will randomly have a sharp pain in my breasts. They do feel really heavy though. After just checking cm, I had a very little amount of dark old blood, almost not even enough to really mention. 

Did anyone experience this and go on to have a BFP!? 

I caved today and of course, BFN. But, obviously its still too early.
