No idea to were to post but any advice

Any British ladies that get housing benefit and other benefits and know the laws with having a friend stay? Some one had Made an allegation and I have to have an interview with a compliance officer this is usually due to fraud and changers that haven’t been delcared I’m guessing my EX partner is still causing me shit and has reported my baby dad coming over each day. I also have a friend that stays couple times my housing association has always said 3 nights a week but apparently job centre don’t see it this way I live on my own all legit benefits in place and all my kids live with me so what’s the truth am I breaking the law?
