Birth control from planned parenthood

So I’m going to PP to get birth control. I have health insurance but the thing is that I don’t want to risk my family finding out about me going on birth control. Can I say I don’t have insurance even though I do?

Btw the reason I don’t want my parents knowing is because they’re really religious and anti-premarital sex, I’m 18 and in college. I’m mature but I can’t trust my parents. They’re strict and my mom even goes in with me during doctor appointments so I can’t ask my doctor for it. Help me out??
