Ladies I need help!!!

Elizabeth • Sun, Feb 17 • Mother of three beautiful daughters, had a miscarriage January 2013 and November 2018 and several since than trying for my rainbow baby

So I believed I ovulated yesterday or really early this morning; I had cramps last night and than really early this morning. Than this morning I had so brown spotting that soon moved to medium/heavy bleed been having cramps still and they are painful. My period was a week ago. What could this be I’m worried and concerned!!
