OUCH!!!

I just hit 4 and a half months with my miracle little boy and I have acne EVERYWHERE!!! There was none literally up until about two days ago. Now they are everywhere. The ones on my face aren't bothering me, however I have a GIANT one inside of my ear! I have lived my life (27 year) with chronic double ear infections. This pain far surpasses any ear pain I have ever had before. How do I eliminate this thing? I can't even lay the left side of my head on my pillow. It has me literally in tears. And I don't know what to do!
