How did you stop alcohol when TTC?
Chances of BFP and healthy baby are best when abstaining. But how do I tell my loved one this and have them remember? They drink up to 3 std drinks on weekends to enjoy flavors but also admit they enjoy the numbing feeling. They have stopped for months before but seems they're set in a routine :(
