Lack of fertile discharge?

Is it possible to get pregnant without the stretchy egg white like discharge? whenever I’m ovulating my discharge is always milky and the consistency of a moisturiser, never ever stretchy?

Yes it’s possible. My CM never looked like it was supposed to but we got pregnant in about 3 months. I just had to us ovulation tests instead of relying on it to tell me when we were ovulating

My doctor said if you’ve never had kids before the discharge can be less obvious. Like it might be higher up and not oozing out like some of the photos you see on here
