6-7dpo cramping and back pain

I am around 6-7 dpo today. Yesterday and today I have been experiencing a lower back ache and cramping that comes and goes. It was so strong last night I actually couldn’t get comfortable enough to sleep. I have never experienced this before a/f. Just wondering if anyone that has gotten a BFP experienced the same thing?
