Please answer!!!

After my miscarriage I had my 1st cycle which lasted 5-6 days normal for me and the blood color was regular. But what I think is my 2nd cycle period I started 2 days early and my blood is bright pinkish red and lasted for only 3 days and I started spotting brown then it didn’t come out anymore. And yesterday I had intercourse and couple hours after I started spotting bright pinkish/red. The color seems too bright pinkish to be a period?? Could it be implantation??
