Help am I going crazy

Hi ladies so I need your help my and my partner have been ttc for two years I just did my first round of clomid the start of this month I got a positive ovulation test on the 12th. We baby dance on the on the 2nd 5th 7th 8th 12th and 13th just lately my nipples have been super sensitive and really long my question is could this be sign we have conceived or am I just reading to much in to it I really want this to be my month to get a bfp I also have pcos so it’s hard to go by my periods thank you for your time
