Having faith after miscarriage

Greetings lovely ladies,

I am 40 and have 2 beautiful girls 3 and 1. Had two easy pregnancies. No sickness or complications then found out I was pregnant on Christmas Day. Lost the baby 1/31. Was devastated but have faith and Iong for my 3rd child. Still no cycle. Incorporating Coq10. Conception, maca DHEA and accupuncture. Ready for my rainbow baby but wondering if I should wait? Want to do everything I can to improve egg quality. I also know I am getting older. Has anyone had success? Did you do anything differently? I am also considering using progesterone. I conceived quickly second month trying. So I dont think conception is an issue. I use opks. Any and all advice appreciated.
