Any tried and true stretch mark remedies for after birth?

I was lucky enough to escape my first pregnancy without getting any, but have gotten more than my fair share this time around! 😂 I'm due in less than 3 weeks and was wondering if there was anything you ladies have used personally that has helped reduce the color and severity of yours?
