Feelings for my BFF

I’ve recently developed feelings for my best friend and it’s driving me crazy. He could sense that something was going on and that I was acting weird so I just told him and it didn’t really change anything but my feelings for him just keep getting stronger. Here’s a little more back story: he got into a relationship with one of my other friends and she freaked out over him and I being friends but she accused me of liking him and wanting to be with him (at the time I didn’t) and I didn’t expect him to choose my side but I also didn’t expect it to end the way it did. He stopped talked to me and blocked me on social media and blocked my phone number too but they broke up and our friendship is back but these feelings have came up. At first it was just me thinking oh I’ve never realized how hot he actually is but now I know I’m in love with him. I know this was really long but I need to rant and need advice so if you read this all lol PLEASEEEEEE HELP😩.
