Necessary to go to ER for spotting on and off for a week?

I’ve been calling the nurses and I’ve already spoken with my doctor she said my cervix was closed and put me on pelvic rest. I’ve been spotting on and off ever since I turned 6 weeks. I’m currently taking Monistat for yeast infection and she said it could be the yeast that’s causing me to bleed bc my cervix could be getting irritated. It’s just annoying that I have to think about possibly M.. I’m not bleeding I don’t have a flow nothing in the toilet it’s ONLY when the cream comes out there’s spotting inside of the cream. But none whenever I pee and there’s no cream it’s only when the cream comes out. I just want to make sure baby is growing im 7 weeks in one more day and my next appointment isn’t until 9 weeks. Should I wait it out or is it necessary to go to ER just to check? Or am I wasting my time?
