My ex or my current man?

The boyfriend I have rn is so perfect and so sweet and the complete opposite of my last one. He treats me like a queen and will always me before doing stuff (sex obviously) we’ve been together for almost a year and I’m so happy. But lately my past boyfriend has been kinda haunting me. We would always fight and he would get mad when I say no to sex to the point where he would put hole in the wall. I hate him so much, I needed up breaking up with him cause he cheated on me in November of 2017, but lately he’s been on my mind and I can’t get it to stop. Does anyone have anything that might help me?
