P4 in blood

So I have been experiencing some heart issues and I have had a ekg, a ultrasound done and have had to wear 2 monitors, and they also wanted to check my blood to see if it has anything to do with thyroids... so I got my blood drawn yesterday 2/18/19 and today I got the call saying they found high levels of P4 in my blood and recommended me to go see a endocrinologist. I just realized that I am due to get my period tomorrow 2/20/19 could that have a play on why it’s high I’m just not quite sure...
