I’m almost 40 weeks and my due date is this Saturday. I talked with my OB and she asked if I want to wait passed my due date or be induced. I told her I’d rather wait a little if I go passed my due date which I probably will. I scheduled an ultrasound to check on him, the amount of amniotic fluid and see if it’s safe for me to wait for labor to occur naturally. I’ve heard both good and bad things from both sides. Waiting has a very small chance of things going wrong, but having the doctors induce labor can cause issues too. I recently have felt a lot more pressure around my pelvis and have been feeling more cramps, but nothing super intense or regular. I do want to have everything happen as naturally as possible. What can I do to try to induce labor naturally at home?
