Please help :( Period again? Plan B?

Hello!

So I took an emergency contraceptive pill on February 3rd. I then bled from Feb 8th (starting with spotting) till the 11th. I’m not sure if this was my actual period but I did bleed as if it were my period.

On the 18th I noticed my breast felt tender and I had slight back pains. And now on the 19th of September, I started having cramps at around 9:30 pm and I started spotting as well. My actual previous period (without the pill) was from the 24th to the 27th of January.

Will I have my “actual” period this time? Is this normal? Has this happened to anyone else? Could I possibly be pregnant and this is implantation bleeding?
