Hello, i am 11w3d my first pregnancy. I found out when we were 4w3d. I have been having severe lower abdomen pain that started from my belly button all the way down to my groan. It was almost a pulling sensation. Like a string was being pulled. I do have slight cramping too. Anytime i cough or sneeze i am in so much pain. I called my nurse and she said it was normal. Round ligament pain. I am just curious if anyone else is experiencing these things? I haven't had an ultrasound just yet.
