Random question about wiggles

I’m a disability support worker so I must just have this sixth sense on noticing when people have disabilities so I can tell captain feathersword is not all there I don’t think it’s his character but tried to google his life story and it doesn’t mention anything about it anyway so my question is..... is it just me who rekon she’s not all there? It’s playing on my mind lol
