Advice on tampons 💉
So..... I have never used one before but I'm going on holiday and want to go swimming so I'm gonna have to use one . Firstly what type should I buy , I am 14 and have a light flow . Secondly I have no idea how to use them , has anyone got any tips ? Also I don't think there is a bin in the bathroom at he place my family booked , can u flush them down the toilet or not ? If not what do u think I should do . HELP .........
