38+1 no baby, stuck at 2cm 80% effaced

I'm sure everyone at some point asks about inducing labor to get things rolling. Sex is out of the question, the SO thinks it's weird and that he'll touch the baby 🤣🤦‍♀️ Does an orgasm work alone or do you need the help of sperm? I know they say to walk, eat spicy food, nipple simulation, bouncing on a ball. Mamas, what worked for you? I know the baby will come when she's ready, but I'm term and trying won't hurt. (:
