So i have a question for recent experienced moms qith 1 years old. My son has a schedule for night time where we bath and go to bed at 7. Then he gets feedings around 10 12 or 1 depends when he wakes up to eat. Then he slept till 6 i fed him and then he would sleep an hour more. Now for past few days everything is same except he wakes up at 5. Sometimes 4 30. So first now i tried to calm him woth passifier it didnt help so i gave him his feeding but then he has hard ti.e to fall asleep. He goes down he wants me to pet his back which i do but sometimes it more then half hour and when i leave the room he is crying so i pick him and we start our day at 5 am. please recommend me something i can do to keep him asleep as he did before
