Second sac?

This was 5w2d quick US to rule out ectopic. Been having very vivid dreams that at at my 8 wk appointment Tuesday doctor says it's 2. Frat twins run on mom's side so everyone keeps asking if it's just one. Do you see a second sac? Just curious.

Hard to tell this early and from this picture. There is definitely one, but if that other slight black mark is a sac they may keep an eye on it to see if anything develops, as it is smaller & less defined. Very early still though. Good luck.
