Secret labor

*Update - It wasn’t exactly secret but we didn’t tell anyone right away either. I checked into the hospital on July 28th at 1:00pm to be induced. I sent my family and some close friends texts at around 9:00pm. Thankfully nobody showed up!! My husband and I were able to have it be just us two until we were ready. Baby was delivered July 30 at 7am and I called my family shorty after to announce. Everyone showed up around noon. So glad we didn’t have visitors before. It was a special time with my husband.

My husband and I were talking last night and I think I may want to keep my labor a secret. I know there are going to be people at the hospital coming in and out of my room driving me crazy. Especially my Mom!!! Ugh! She’s already talking about coming to stay and wanting to be around her grandchild as much as possible. Like what???

Anyways, thinking we’ll just call everyone once the baby arrives and we are ready for visitors.
