Helpp!

Im 21 days late and had old blood spotting on January 31st so i thought it was coming i took a line test this morning already and it's negative but my doctor told me to take one at the end of February. Is it possible i could still be pregnant (no bc and not stressed) but my period are irregular. What could the spotting be? Did i take it to early or something i have no symptoms of infections or anything just a rapid weight gain and other thing please help...
