High Risk 1st Pregnancy.
I am 7w5d with my first pregnancy. I am considered high risk because I have a congenital heart condition. I've met with my cardiologist many times and we aren't concerned with my heart. I'm young (30) and my heart has never been healthier, so I'm not worried about my heart during this pregnancy. I was referred to a maternal-fetal medicine doctor so I could be followed in a bigger hospital, but I'm just wondering if anyone can give me any idea on what to expect at appointments being high risk? Or any other advice?? Thanks!!
