Discharge mixed with clumps of blood?

Hello I’ve been having a lot of weird stuff going on with my body a few mins ago I had to pee and when I went to the bathroom there was discharge So I wiped and it was like clumpy discharge mixed with pinkish mucus stuff? Mind you I had this a couple days ago too but just pink mucus discharge then I started spotting brown and then it just went away? Now this. What is going on with my body?! I have a four year old and I had discharge with him LOTS like I’m having now but nothing with pinkish mucus in it..ugh.

This is only a little bit that I got I didn’t wanna gross y’all out or anything but what does this look like?
