Bleeding 5 weeks 4 days IVF

Hi guys !! So I woke up this morning bleeding It was def red blood and was enough to fill up a half a pad then stopped. This was an IVF cycle transfer. I went to my clinic and they did an ultrasound and bloodwork. They saw the sac, embryo and actually fluttering of the heartbeat. My levels are continue to rise and are really good 5791. Anyone else have this before after? I have two kids and never had any blood. I am not longer bleeding. It was only this morning.
