How do i not allow a certain person not to visit me in the hospital?

I don't want my grandparents to see me in the hospital before during or after labor. They cause drama with everyone and stress me out really bad and I'm just not going to be able to handle them. They will show up to the hospital they've made it clear even though I asked them not to they've told my mom they was. I don't want to say nobody can come because my grandparents are childish but u I definitely don't want them there. I can't keep it a secret I'm having the baby because my mom is going to be in the room with me and only has my grandparents to watch her youngest because I'm their normal sitter. So obviously they'll know. Is it possible to just not let a certain person in the room or will I have to refuse all visitors?

My sister had her baby in November and she didnt want our grandma or one of her friends to come so she told the hospital not to let anyone know she was there unless they had a code word. The code word can be anything you come up with. The nurses and doctors did a good job of not letting anyone know she was there.

Tell your nurses you don't want them allowed there. If it comes to it, if they come, you can ask for security to escorting them out.

As everyone else already stated if you tell the hospital you don’t want them there they won’t let them in. Plus idk if all hospitals do this but it’s a rule at my hospital. No children are allowed in the room unless they are siblings. Which means if your grandparents are watching your moms kid then they can’t go anyways?

They can be at the hospital. It doesn’t mean they can go inside the room. 
As your grandparents, they should respect that you do not want them there. Yes it’s their grandchild too but if you don’t want them there, they should have some level of respect and not show up anyway. 
They don’t have to be in the room with you and the baby if you don’t want them to be. That’s completely up to you.

I’m the same way except it’s with my ex and his family so I’m going to be admitted under private admittance and only my mom is allowed any info but she will already be there. Tell the hospital staff and your dr before you go into labor and they will take care of you
