Bleeding...

Looking for some comfort... wondering if you guys ever experienced bleeding and still had a healthy baby? I started bleeding at 12+6. No cramping. No intercourse or anything crazy done previously. Went to get my son a snack and I just felt a trickle. It stopped. Same day went for an exam. After both vaginal exams(first exam dr saw nothing) I bled enough to soak a panty liner, lime the start of a period. But doc said baby looked good, cervix was long and closed. Had no solid answer as to why. As the week progressed got lighter and lighter. Then yesterday (13+5) started again with some clumps of tissue. This time seemed more of a burgundy color. Not as heavy as before. Not soaking through pads but def noticeable. Still currently some brownish burgundy discharge when I wipe and have to wear a panty liner. Have another appt Friday. I will also add I can find baby with doppler too ... anyone experience anything like this? Please and thank you from one scared momma that just lost a full term baby 5 months ago 💔💔😭😞
