Baby got her shots yesterday, tylenol?

Basically she got her shots yesterday and doctor said to give ger tylenol if she got fussy later every 4-6 hours. Well her legs ended up hurting pretty bad so i gave her it like instructed and she felt better and went to sleep. Today i didnt give her none cuz she didnt seem in pain but no she's fussy, looks bothered and just plain looks like she just isnt feeling well. Should i give her more? She only got 2 doses yesterday but ive never done this before so i dont know how long a baby doesnt feel well after their shots.
